Foundation For Pops was recently featured in the Oakland Press ahead of some upcoming events. DQS Solutions & Staffing CEO Josh Morris founded Foundation For Pops to honor his grandfather, Lloyd “Pops” Matthews. Matthews served in Vietnam and faced hardships, such as addiction, upon his return to civilian life. To further honor Pops, Bayley Currey’s #41 truck in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series race this Memorial Day weekend will feature a camouflage overlay with the Foundation For Pops logo. Additionally, Foundation For Pops “Swing For Change” golf outing will take place on Friday, July 19th and Pheasant Run Golf Club in Canton, MI. All proceeds will go towards helping military veterans and those experiencing homelessness. Read more about Foundation For Pops in the Oakland Press article here.
