Foundation for Pops raised over $25,000 at its inaugural Swing for Change Charity Golf Outing on July 19 at Pheasant Run Golf Club, honoring Lloyd “Pops” Matthews. The event brought together 104 golfers for a day of competition, camaraderie, and a giving back. These funds will support the nonprofit’s mission to aid veterans and those experiencing homelessness in metro Detroit through education, resource development, and various programs.
